Shipping policy

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Upon receipt of the order, you will receive an order confirmation and a Wavechoppa team member will reach out within 1-2 business days with order updates or a tracking number. Please inquire if there is a greater urgency to the timing of the delivery. We wish to accommodate customer’s delivery requests if it’s in our ability.

 

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order tracking says "Delivered", and you still have not received your package you should contact the shipping provider immediately. They should be able to locate your package for you. If they cannot, a claim needs to be filed with them as soon as possible.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. If you have put in the wrong address at checkout and your package is sent back to us, you will have to cover the fees to reship the order.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING OPTIONS

All shipments are subject to payment in full by customer. We will send you an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Domestic orders are shipped USPS insured.

2-day shipping is available once calculated at checkout.
